So you’ve decided to have a day out with a difference.

What next?

Well, firstly you’ll want to know if our High Level Ropes Course will suit your needs and abilities. Although some elements are easier than others (contact us for advice), we know that our course will suit everyone aged 7* to 70 and beyond! We have specialist equipment to suit every shape and size.

* We don't have height restrictions, but would ask for Parental Help for participants aged 8 - 9.

We have some of our group that are scared of heights.

No problem. Our course has been designed to me as inclusive as possible. Participants are encouraged to go as high as they want to but they have absolute right of veto and as soon as they want to stop then they’ll be lowered immediately. Built into our systems are the safety people – that’s you. For every climber, there has to be at least one in a safety position. This means that even if you don’t want to leave the ground, your help is essential for the success of the team.

Minimum group booking size is 6.

What do I get for my money?

When you arrive, you’ll be met by a member of our FULLY QUALIFIED and experienced Safety Team. Our team are hand-picked not only for their experience and professionalism, but also for their excellent ‘people skills’ and sensitivity. They’re also a great laugh!

You’ll be given all the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that you’ll need for the session.

The activities will have been set up before you arrived, so you’ll then receive full training on your PPE and on the activity that you’ve chosen. Once your staff member is happy that you’ve got it then you can crack on. You’ll always be supervised, but we’re keen to hand the session over to you. You set your own individual goals and support each other to achieve them.

We have full Public Liability Insurance to £5m and VERY strict rules (given to us by the European Ropes Course Association - www.erca.cc - governing the inspection, maintenance and use of our course and equipment.
