Wear anything loose and appropriate to the weather. We suggest that you wear trainers or boots and long trousers as the wooden poles will have a few splinters during the first few months of use. The ground under foot consists of treated bark chips, so is clean and smells nice too!

No. A couple of the activities require a little upper body strength, but let us know in advance and we can avoid those on the day. We would recommend that you do not use this if you have heart trouble or are pregnant. You will be required to fill out a Medical Form before you attempt the activities.

You will be relieved to know that we operate a strict Challenge By Choice policy where no one will be coerced into doing anything that they do not want to do. You set your limits and have absolute right of veto. We promise not to try to coax you beyond those limits. Remember that our High Level Ropes Course is a TEAM activity – this means that for every climber there will be at least 1 back up safety person. You will be essential to the success of the day even if you don’t leave the ground.
