The Shrewsbury TeamSteph WilliamsSteph has been using and training on High Ropes for fifteen years and also runs Training the Trainer courses in UK and Ireland for new users of High Level Ropes Courses. He works across industry and leisure and enjoys running courses for the varied groups that book the Adventure Rope Course. He lives in Shrewsbury and is married to Kim. In his spare time he enjoys walking, live music and travelling. Sarah QuinlanSarah is from Dublin but now lives in Mid Wales. Originally a teacher, she’s now focussed her attention outdoors. The people she enjoys working with most are those try to get the most of their experiences. She loves helping them to reach the best of their abilities. She’s a big fan of Kite Surfing and Mountain Biking. In the winter she tends to disappear to the mountains of the French Alps where she indulges herself in skiing on and off piste. Robin GoodladRobin has been working in development training and outdoor education since 1996, and has been actively involved with the adventure rope course since it’s conception. He holds the Mountain Instructor Award (MIA) amongst other qualifications, and also works as a trainer and assessor of mountain leaders and climbing instructors. His thorough knowledge of technical rope systems and high challenge ropes courses allows him to help clients get the best out of themselves with an understanding of their abilities and the possibilities of achievement. Robin lives in Wales with his faithful but bonkers Springer Spaniel. He is also the senior helmsman on the RNLI Aberdyfi Lifeboat. In his spare time he enjoys kitesurfing, surfing and photography. The Tunbridge Wells TeamPeter WoodmanPeter has been working in development training for ten years and has worked with a huge variety of diverse client groups. This has kept his delivery fresh and innovative. He enjoys being creative and tailoring programmes in response to specific needs and cultivating long-term client relationships. He’s a firm believer in Challenge by Choice and that The Adventure Rope Course can provide a uniquely successful medium for memorable learning. He currently lives in Reigate in Surrey with his partner Sarah. Richard GodfreyRichard has worked in the outdoor development world for over 10 years. He is a qualified Teacher, well qualified in outdoor and adventurous activities, and an experienced Development Trainer. He is a big believer in experiential learning and believes that enjoyable and engaging challenging experiences can provide valuable learning opportunities. Richard has a real passion for mountains and expeditions. He is often found out climbing and exploring in the hills, both in the UK and in the more far-flung parts of the world. Louise AllhusenLouise left classroom teaching in 2002 to focus on personal and team development and has never looked back. Her intuitive and energetic manner allows easy communication with all ages and levels of seniority, to help them achieve clear pre-determined goals. She works both in the UK and overseas with various clients. Her spare time is dominated by her very waggly springer spaniel who keeps her fit, but she is also regularly seen sailing, skiing, mountaineering and horse riding. |
